This skin depicts Medkit wearing a heavily decorated bikers jacket adorned with chains and shoulder spikes over a plain shirt and corset, along with a pair of gothic boots. 7MK0 features a pair of glowing geometric wings and a similar-looking geometric spike over his left eye. His expression is changed from a tired stare to a cocky smirk. This skin alters Medkit's effects, sounds, and animations, but not his dialogue.
