General additions and changes:

• Raven Rock was added to the map rotation.
• Added the Captain Rocket skin.
• Lowered particle effect details for all Phighters.
• BUG FIX: Fixed further issues with Escort.
• For the remainder of the Pirates vs. Mermaids Phestival:
  • Regular matches are now worth 3 times more Phestival points.
  • Multiplier Match chances have been increased, with 10% for 13x and 3% for 66.6x.
  • Phestival rank XP gain has been increased by 50%.
