General additions and changes:
- Changes to Phinisher charge to the losing team on Score Cap break:
- Conquer and Escort now only grant 50 Phinisher points on score cap break when the leading team is winning by 25 points or more.
- Annihilate now only grants 50 Phinisher points on score cap break when the leading team is winning by 5 points or more.
- The losing team's passive Phinisher charge rate will only be sped up to 1 point/0.75 seconds if the same Phinisher charge on score cap requirements are met.
- Order
- Damage increased back to 20 (inner) and 30 (outer).
- Slash Storm
- Projectile damage lowered from 15 to 10.
Coil:
- Combo Breaker (Gravity)
- Hitbox size increased from 8x8x8 to 8x12x8.
- Combo Breaker (Regeneration)
- Projectile hitbox size increased from 3x3 to 4x4.
- Coil Connection
- Cooldown lowered from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
- Coil Technique (Gravity)
- Grounded damage increased from 15 to 18.
- Grounded variant now pulls enemies in rather than making them levitate.
- Coil Technique (Regeneration)
- Cooldown increased from 6 seconds to 8 seconds.
- Base healing increased from 15 to 20.
- Curing Cartridge
- Body shot damage lowered from 10 to 8.
- Self-damage taken from own attacks increased from 50% to 75%.
- Now retains rocket jump velocity until grounded.
- Increased air control while rocket jumping.
- Charged Blast
- Explosion is now considered rocket jump velocity.
- BUG FIX: Fixed self knockback being too strong.
- Liftoff
- Launch is now considered rocket jump velocity.
- Reduced horizontal force when launching player.
- Multi-Missiles
- Now cancels all velocity on cast.
- Grand Cannonade
- Now cancels all velocity on cast.
- Stars of the Storm
- Back hit damage lowered from 10 to 9.
- Traverse the Horizon
- If there is no target surface, Shuriken will instead be launched towards the grapple direction rather than failing the grapple.
- Tripmine
- Mines now explode instantly when touched by an enemy.
- Mine base damage lowered from 10 to 5, though mines exploded via reloading still deal 10 base damage.
- Mines are now completely visible to enemies within 30 studs of them.
- Reload explosion time reduced from 0.75 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
- Fallen Star
- Projectile speed increased by 30%.
- Projectile minimum travel time is now 0.5 seconds.
- BUG FIX: Fixed hitbox appearing too early.
