Despite the fact that it us someone she commonly pokes fun of, she does care for him and will genuinely congratulate him on a job well done. Because her arm is cursed, Shuriken got the same arm tattooed in commemoration of her.

Slingshot is Vine Staff's roommate and boss of her workplace. She sees him as family.
