Bivekit was released on 6 April 2024, in collaboration with the Roblox game Regretevator. This skin depicts Medkit as an altered version of the Regretevator character Bive, wielding a beige recolor of Medkit's revolver with gold highlights, as well as a simple brown briefcase with various photos sticking out of it. Bivekit wears a white undershirt and gray tie, as well as an almond-brown suit that fades into a deeper brown checkered pattern at the lower ends; The sleeves are rolled up. Bivekit also wears a dark brown belt with a golden buckle, and pants that sport a similar checkered pattern, though a deeper cinnamon-brown. The outfit is likely meant to nod to a stereotypical detective suit.
