There are three separate categories to determine what a phighters intended use is: These categories are Melee, Ranged, and Support. There are (as of 2023) a total of 1112 phighters, with 21 new phightersphighter being confirmed later. There are currently 4 melee, 4 ranged, and 4 support. The melee phighters are [[Sword]], [[Skateboard]], [[Biograft]], and [[Katana]], though [[Ban Hammer|Ban Hammer]] will arrive shortly in this category. The next category, ranged, consists of [[Rocket]], [[Slingshot]], [[Hyperlaser]], and [[Shuriken]]. Lastly, the support phighters. This is [[Medkit]], [[Boombox]], [[Subspace]] and [[Vine Staff]].
