Together, the two of them represent either side of a [[Phestivals|Phestival]], announce [[Multiplier Matches]] to the player and have their own [[special rounds]]. They additionally produce in-universe music such as [[THE FLIPSIDE]] and [[SEE YOU ON]]. While they cannot be normally seen as physical NPCs within PHIGHTING!, they sometimes appear in [[Crossroads]] during Phestivals in order to allow players to pick their team.

At [[One Minute Left]], there will be a chance for Dom's event to occur, signaled by his Megaphone appearing in the center of the map, and the screen being tinted purple. During the event, Dom will periodically fire out a purple blast from the center of the map. The blast instantly recharges the [[Phinisher|Phinishers]] of all players. Dom fires these blasts when the timer reaches 0:55 and 0:30.
