General additions and changes:

Added a new voting screen (modeled by avonot).
- Added new map-specific Dom and Valk dialogue during voting.
Added new /bonus command to private servers to enable/disable bonus rounds.
Sword and bonus rounds are now automatically disabled in pro servers.
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed mvp screen.
- Fixed ROBLOX Laundromat bugs.
