General additions and changes:
- Doomspire was added to the game.
- Added a thumbnail for SFOTH.
- Added a damage indicator upon hitting an enemy.
- Kill limit for deathmatch now scales based on number of players in the server.
Bug fixes:
- Player's chosen Phestival team now properly saves.
- Other bug fixes.
