General additions and changes:
- Fixed a memory leak issue.
- Added a heal indicator:
- Healing allies plays a sound effect and flashes a green hitmarker.
- A player's screen flashes green when they are healed similarly to when they are damaged.
- Increased volume of heal indicator SFX.
- Adjusted hit indicator SFX.
- Hit sounds now replicate to the player's client properly.
- Forcefield duration from respawning increased from 1.5 seconds to 3 seconds.
- Being revived by Divine Resurrection still grants a 1.5 second forcefield.
