** The building has ten apartments for people to live in, with a murder scene being shown in room number 5. To the right there is a small lounge area for people to use, and a bridge that leads over to the top floor of RANGED ROYALE. Marshmallow sword is found near rooms 8, 9, and 10.

** the establishment has two floors, the first floor being a main dining area, with each table being filled with jpgs of RIBS with a front counter with a menu of Burgers Ribs and most likely water with the text "Eat - Drink - Savory" going across the menu, alongside the text "RIBS RIBS RIBS" on the right side of the menu, and buster rocket can be found here. The second floor is connected to the Large Green Bricked Tenement, with an extremely large RIBS on top of a table. There is also a section outside behind the establishment, where one can find Broker and MedCarrot, and a basketball hoop, in reference to the famous gif of broker dunking onto the said basketball hoop.
