One beside a pillar of the tower near the middle (Between the Playground and Thieves’ Den bridges), one in an easter egg room in The Rat Zone, one behind Ranged Royale, and one in an open apartment building. These were rumored to be part of a secret Jeff the Killer character unlock, but this claim has no evidence other than two YouTube videos by LegosOfHyrule of dubious legitimacy. It is likely that as of right now, these outlines have no purpose.
