Some notes regarding the formatting for Version History
- Date must always go in (D M Year) format. e.g. 26 May 2040
- If applicable, place in a link that leads towards the update page. e.g. [[Playtest 1]]. For hotfixes, add a #(section name) after the page name (links directly towards the section) followed by |(displayname). e.g. [[Playtest 1#20 February 2022|20 February 2022]].

Some rules regarding listing out balance changes:
- Always order the balance changes by how it is displayed in-game, starting with General changes and additions -> Passive -> LMB -> RMB -> Q -> E -> F
- Update date does not use a dotpoint, ability name should have a dotpoint, and the following changes after that use 2 dotpoints (see scroll box below).
- Regarding the order of which balance changes should go first, follow this: Rework (if applicable), new effect/s, buffs, nerfs, removed, bug fixes.

Setting out some definitions for each one (to avoid confusion):
Rework - Complete overhaul to an ability. The purpose and function of the ability has completely changed from the older version.
New effects - The ability functions the same as is, but has received some additional effects that does not fall under a value.
Buff - Change to an existing stat of an ability which makes it better. Increasing damage and healing is considered to be a buff. Decreasing cooldown, fire rate or reload is also considered a buff.
Nerf - Change to an existing stat of an ability which makes it worse. See above example, but opposite (increase -> decrease, decrease -> increase)
Removed - A function of an ability that does not fall under a value has been removed.
Bug fixes - An unintended interaction or side effect of an ability was fixed and can no longer be recreated in-game. Can technically be considered a buff or nerf depending on the circumstances, but it is split apart for organizational purposes.

Formatting the balance changes:
- Stick to generalizing unless the balance change nerfs a specific part of the ability. e.g. Damage reduced from 10 to 8. e.g. 2 Direct hit damage reduced from 12 to 10. AoE damage reduced from 8 to 6.
- Try to avoid mentioning the name of the ability, the dotpoint above lists the ability name for the reader, so mentioning it again isn't necessary.
- Try to keep consistent with the rest of the format.
- Passives and regular abilities use cooldown, while Ultimates use cost (technically a cooldown, but it can be reduced by dealing damage/healing, so it is different)
