General additions and changes:
- Added "READ BY THE BOOK" as intermission music in the PHIGHT! Lobby.
- /w
<username>and /t can now be used to whisper or to team chat, using it again will go back to public chat. 
Supported debuff increased from 20% to 25% per stack.- BUG FIX: 11 players should now be properly allowed in private servers.
- Published all changes from 10 February into public servers.
- Fixed /w and /t commands.
