General additions and changes:
- All forces have a 3s cooldown rather than a gradual decay.
- Only takes 50% of damage from all explosions.
- Rocket Shot
- Explosions now have vertical knockback.
- Projectiles now gradually loose speed and descend downwards.
- Explosion range lowered from 18x18x18 to 15x15x15.
- Liftoff
- Cooldown decreased from 10s to 8s.
- Mine detection range increased from 9 to 10.
- Comet Carnage
- No longer applies slow on impact.
Slow per tick raised to 4%.
Vulnerable duration lowered to 6.5s.
