General additions and changes:

• Poison and Regeneration decay decreased from 0.25 seconds to 0.2 seconds.
• Regeneration max cap increased from 20 to 25

Katana:

• Calamity Slice
  • Push force is now consistent rather than being lower if he's looking down.

Vine Staff:

• Sprout health increased from 20 + stage * 5 to 25 + stage * 5
• Being near a sprout now grants her 5% Haste per sprout

Skateboard:

• Slow now affects 75% of his board speed rather than 50%.
