General additions and changes:
- Phinisher mechanic changes:
- Ult points gained per source of damage now caps at 10 Phinisher points.
- Raining Tacos
- BUG FIX: Raining Tacos no longer slows damaged players for more than intended.
- Grand Cannonade
- Phinisher cost increased from 75 to 100.
Bug fixes:
- General bug fixes.
- Changing Phighters in Crossroads no longer softlocks the game.
