Soul Splicer no longer has a line of sight check, as well as general Subspace nerfs and other adjustments!

- BUG FIX: Fixed issue where swing force would not last long enough.

- Soul Splicer second damage hit decreased from 35 to 25.
- No longer requires line of sight to hit.
