General additions and changes:

• The distance to trigger dialogue between multiple Phighters was reduced from 200 studs to 150 studs.

Hyperlaser:

• Voltaic Grenade
  • NEW EFFECTS:
    • Now explodes instantly if the grenade hits an enemy.
    • Explosion now applies a 25% slow for 1.5 seconds.
    • Explosion now knocks enemies away from the explosion.
  • Direct hit damage reduced from 15 to 10.
  • Explosion damage increased from 15 to 20.
• Voltaic Phase
  • NEW EFFECTS:
    • Holding down E shows a teleport indicator on the player's crosshair.
    • Will now attempt to teleport players on top of a wall if the wall is targeted.
    • Explosion now occurs on Hyperlaser's initial location. Players can only be damaged by 1 explosion.
    • If the teleport is cancelled, the ability's cooldown is reduced to 12 seconds.
    • If the teleport is cancelled, the explosion occurs after 0.5 seconds.
    • If the teleport is cancelled, Hyperlaser gains 50% haste for 1.5 seconds.
  • Removed exploit spots on Chaos Canyon, Domino Valley and Protect Telamon.
