General additions and changes:

Added "READ BY THE BOOK" as intermission music in the PHIGHT! Lobby.
/w <username> and /t can now be used to whisper or to team chat, using it again will go back to public chat.
File:.png Supported debuff increased from 20% to 25% per stack.
BUG FIX: 11 players should now be properly allowed in private servers.
Published all changes from 10 February into public servers.
Fixed /w and /t commands.
