General additions and changes:
- Added new kill SFX composed by BanicAttack.
- Fixed kills from damage not registering.
- Prosecution
- Cooldown decreased from 1s to 0.9s.
- Order
- Order now activates upon hitting the ground.
- Deposition
- BUG FIX: No longer softlocks the player in the falling animation despite having landed.
- Cooldown decreased from 12s to 10s.
- Deposition now has an increased angle limit.
- Abilities can now be used to cancel Deposition mid-flight.
- Hyper Ray
- Bodyshot damage increased from 20 to 25.
- Voltaic Grenade
- Slow debuff decreased to 20%, but duration increased to 1.75s.
- Projectile speed increased by 25%.
- Foul Counter
- BUG FIX: Fixed issue where Foul Counter wouldn't work properly.
- Soul Splicer
- Soul Splicer now has a circular hitbox.
- Now deals 10 extra damage before calculating hitpoint average.
- Eager Rocketeer
- While under the effects of Haste from his passive, Rocket Shot has a 50% cooldown reduction.
- No longer activates on assists.
- No longer reloads on kill.
- Rocket Shot
- Decreased endlag.
- Charged Blast
- Increased cooldown from 5s to 7s.
- Grand Cannonade
- Decreased projectile knockback.
- Adjusted positioning of all bullet spawns.
- Now gains ammo from Harvest and Chasing Flourish even when not hitting passive-assigned target.
- Let 'Er Rip
- Let 'Er Rip now loses control faster, but has a lower max spread and recovers after 0.4s rather than 0.5s
- Bullet Blaze
- Cooldown increased from 2s to 3s.
- Bull's-eye
- Is now a hitscan attack rather than projectile.
- Max damage decreased from 50 to 40.
- Max charge time decreased from 1.5s to 1.25s (shot can still be held for 1.5s).
- Sling Shot
- Sling Shot can now be cancelled by using any ability.
- Minimum charge increased from 0.05s to 0.2s.
- Now holds charge while dashing.
- Lowered almost all move endlag.
- Maximum Vulnerable decreased from 75 to 50.
- Comet Carnage
- Now disappears on player's death.
