'''Pirate Medkit''' is an unlockable skin for [[Medkit]]. It can be obtained from Zuka's shop for 35,000 [[Bux]].

Pirate Medkit was released on 2 September 2022, during the [[Sun vs. Moon]] [[Phestivals|Phestival]] and was available to purchase via the NPC in [[Crossroads]]. This skin depicts Medkit wearing a coat over a shirt with a cravat along with a tricorn, a bandana around his right arm and a head mirror over his forehead. His revolver is replaced with a spyglass. This skin alters Medkit's effects and sounds, but not his animations or dialogue.

When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitPrimary}} and landing a head shot, upon healing, faint whispers can be heard. When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitE}}, faint whispers can be heard. When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitPhinisher}}, a howl plays accompanied by the same faint whispers as before. All effects are now a light red.

When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitPrimary}}, a glistening sound is accompanying the original sound. When reloading, he twirls his revolver in his hand. When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitSecondary}}, a glistening sound plays with each gun shot. All of Medkit's effects are now a light orange.

Medkit's crystal is replaced with a red question mark symbol, accompanied by similarly colored strings wrapped around the horns, and a white streak of hair paired with a smaller red streak below it, contrasting the rest of Bivekit's pitch black body of hair. Bivekit sports a pair of round glasses and a toothy white grin. This skin alters Medkit's effects and sounds, but not his animations or dialogue.
