Medcarrot was released on 17 April 2022, as a reward to all players who collected 50 eggs during the [[Egg Hunt 2022]] event. This skin depicts Medkit wearing a giant carrot mascot costume with a large sprout coming out of the top and a head mirror over his forehead, along with a pair of gloves and bunny slippers. In place of his briefcase and revolver he carries an egg basket and syringe respectively.
When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitPrimary}} and landing a head shot, upon healing, a cartoon crunch sound plays. When using {{Abilitylink|MedkitE}}, a cartoon crunch sound plays when the ring lands.
