Added a cap of 5000 XP required to reach the next level. All players past level 197 have had their level and Bux updated accordingly, along with new Titles for reaching levels 600-1000.

General additions and changes:
- Added a cap of 5000 for XP required to reach the next level. All players past level 197, where the XP cap starts, have had their level and Bux appropriately updated.
- Added 5 Titles for reaching 100-level milestones from 600 to 1000.
- Added Sword Fighting Tournament for testing in private servers.
