General additions and changes:
- When killed by an enemy player, the game's camera will pan to them and show the killer's name and title.
- Spawning system changes
- Spawning players no longer count to game objectives until they spawn.
Bug fixes:
- Phestival rank titles can now be equipped again if the player reached a specific rank.
- Players can no longer use their Phinisher while spawning.
