General additions and changes:

• /w [NAME] and /t can now be used to whisper or to team chat, using it again will go back to public chat.
• Added new chat system.

Private servers

• Any commands that require a name will now autofill the name (except for when searching for maps that are not in map rotation).
• 11 players should now be properly allowed in private servers.

Boombox

• Shielding Amplifier
  • Ranged decreased from 50 to 25.
  • Damage decreased from 5 10 15 20 25 to 5 8 10 13 15.
• Raining Tacos
  • Increased overshield decay.

Vine Staff

• A Thousand Petals
  • Changed projectile spread.
• Beginning Anew
  • Sprouts will no longer be counted for any passives that require something to be hit.

Medkit

• Curing Cartridge
  • Damage lowered from 6/12 to 5/10.

Skateboard

• SWITCH!!
  • Deboard attack damage converts 75% of speed but no longer has a cap.
