General additions and changes:
- Dove vs Crow began, ending march 3rd.
- Added a new Phighter, Scythe.
- Reduced speed decay at speeds of 20 to 25.
- Primary on board will now speed skate up even if he's not on the ground at the time of the boost.
- SWITCH!!
- Damage is now 100% but now capped at 35 with a minimum of 15.
- Speed decay stops increasing after 40.
