General additions and changes:

• Reverted shield changes so everyone regenerates shield at the same rate.

Biograft

• Dying now causes Biograft to break into pieces rather than ragdoll
• Echo Execution
  • Killing with Q now beheads the target
• Overdrive
  • Phinisher self damage now doubles every 15 seconds

Katana

• Looming Misfortune
  • Passive damage lowered to 4 per stack
• Calamity Slice
  • Primary force lowered to 18
• Spirit Cleanse
  • Cooldown decreased to 5
• Foul Counter
  • E cooldown increased to 8
  • E damage lowered to 7 * (1/10 damage dealt)
• Soul Splicer
  • Katana can no longer gain Phinisher charge from his Phinisher.

Scythe

• Now in public servers for testers.

Skateboard

• Kills no longer refresh cooldown and now grant him Haste.
• SLUGGISH!!
  • Passive speed now lowers slower if it's above max.
• SWITCH!!
  • E cooldown lowered to 6 seconds.
  • CC immunity when getting onboard lowered to 1.5 seconds.

Rocket

• Liftoff
  • Liftoff can no longer kill Rocket.
