General additions and changes:
- The payload now moves 25% slower.
- BUG FIX: Fixed Divine Resurrection revives not appreaing in the killfeed.
- Pings can now be used up to 3 seconds after a player's death, as well as being slightly more transparent.
Slow debuffs and penalties now hard cap at 50%.
- Minimum shield regen is now 6/s.
- PRIVATE SERVER CHANGES:
