Traffic is an NPC in PHIGHTING!. He opens the player's Title menu in Crossroads and in the PHIGHT! Lobby.

Lore
Traffic likes to travel. He's been to every region a handful of times via hitchhiking and likes setting up shop there for a week or two before moving out.
Traffic had a gear, however it was stolen from him and it is unknown what his gear was.[1] [2]
