PHIGHTING! 4 is a sequel to PHIGHTING! that released on 1 April 2024, 12:21AM EST. This version of the game is an April Fools' joke.

- PHIGHTING! was rebranded to PHIGHTING! 4.
- PHIGHTING! recieved a new logo.
- Each Phighter was visually reworked to reference various media.
- A unique image now appears behind each Phighter upon using their Phinisher.
- Crossroads recieved a new skybox.
- The PHIGHT! Lobby recieved a visual update.
- Zuka was replaced with Coil from phighting 2: Godzilla man's wrath.
- The following tracks were replaced with new versions and renamed:

- Helmet has been removed and now reveals a pink head with the ROBLOX Man Face.
