Parcher is a ranged Phighter. He was suggested to be added to the main game, but he was never added.

Overview

Parcher is a ranged Phighter that specialises in both damage and mobility, sometimes even support with his other abilities, such as Stunning Freeze and Commands of Burst. Although Parcher is pretty vulnerable with his low health and shield, he can still be a great support to his allies, giving Haste and even damage buffs. Parcher has limited options to save himself from dangerous situations, making him unable to escape from fast Phighters. His Phinisher, Commands of Burst can grant himself double damage and apply great buffs to all his surrounding allies, capable of giving a match-winning advantage to his team.
