Background
Rocket is a Phighter who currently does not align himself with any faction. He was formerly with Playground, but he does not associate himself with them anymore and is now neutral. He carves his horns to look like Zuka's.
Timeline
Originally, Rocket came from Playground and resided there, spawning into the world with no biological parents. He was always angry towards everything and was constantly involved in malicious acts and violence. An engagement with a specific Playground group caused him to end up with the loss of his limbs, tying into how he lost them from blowing himself up. This lead to his decision to leave the Playground faction[1].
In some time after, Zuka had found Rocket and adopted him. Due to his past affiliation with Blackrock, this lead to unwanted attention in which Rocket took it personally sometimes[2]. His admiration for his adoptive father lead to him carving his horns in Zuka's visage.
Later on, Rocket's anger mellowed out and channelled his behaviour into pyrokinetics and Phights, much to the disapproval of Zuka.
Zuka's connection to Venomshank caused him to meet Sword and they became best buddies until now.
Appearance
Rocket's horns resemble wings. Rocket has two prosthetics, one for his right hand and one for his left leg. He wears a pair of gloves for each hand and sports goggles over his eyes.
