Medcarrot
Medcarrot is an unlockable skin for Medkit. It can be obtained from Zuka's shop for 35,000 Bux. Medcarrot was released on 17 April 2022, as a reward to all players who collected 50 eggs during the Fried vs. Scrambled. This skin depicts Medkit wearing a giant carrot mascot costume with a large sprout coming out of the top and a head mirror over his forehead, along with a pair of gloves and bunny slippers. In place of his briefcase and revolver he carries an egg basket and syringe respectively.
When using Curing Cartridge, a blunt firing sound is heard as a pale green trail follows the bullet. When landing a head shot a cartoon crunch sound plays. When reloading, a faint crunch followed by a cartoon bite sound is heard. When using Fan the Hammer, the same blunt bullet sound is heard as each bullet is rapidly fired. When using Crystal Shift, instead of twirling before teleporting, he points his bucket forward and teleports to the nearest ally. When using Rejuvenation Ring, a cartoon crunch sound plays when the light green carrot lands. When using Divine Resurrection, a light green carrot replaces the crystal.
Pirate Medkit
Pirate Medkit is an unlockable skin for Medkit. It can be obtained from Zuka's shop for 35,000 Bux. Pirate Medkit was released on 2 September 2022, during the Sun vs. Moon Phestival and was available to purchase via the NPC in Crossroads. This skin depicts Medkit wearing a coat over a shirt with a cravat along with a tricorn, a bandana around his right arm and a head mirror over his forehead. His revolver is replaced with a spyglass. This skin alters Medkit's effects and sounds, but not his animations or dialogue.
Sianachkit
Sianachkit is an unlockable skin for Medkit. It can be obtained from Zuka's shop for 50,000 Bux. Sianachkit was released on 1 November 2022, at the end of the Bat vs. Rat Phestival as a reward to the winning team. This skin depicts Medkit wearing a suit and tie, along with fluff around his neck and a rose on his chest. His face resembles that of a Sianach from Scottish Mythology, with a crack over his left eye and red markings underneath his right. The skin also gives Medkit a pair of ears and a small tail.
When using Curing Cartridge, it plays an echoed version of the original sound. When landing a headshot, light red trails follow to the ally. When the healing is received, whispers could be heard. When using Fan the Hammer, the same muted gunshots could be heard as they are fired rapidly. When using Rejuvenation Ring, echos could be heard as the crystal impacts something. When using Divine Resurrection, a red crystal with two smaller crystals growing out of it escapes from the gear. Growling is played followed by a muted howl. When the crystal hits the ground, whispers can be heard.
7MK0
7MK0 is an unlockable skin for Medkit. It can be obtained from Zuka's shop for 50,000 Bux. 7MK0 was released on 20 July 2023, during the Ice Cream vs. Popsicle Phestival and was available to purchase via the NPC in Crossroads. This skin depicts Medkit wearing a heavily decorated bikers jacket adorned with chains and shoulder spikes over a plain shirt and corset, along with a pair of gothic boots. 7MK0 features a pair of glowing geometric wings and a similar-looking geometric spike over his left eye. His expression is changed from a tired stare to a cocky smirk.
When using Curing Cartridge, a glistening sound is accompanying the original sound. When reloading, he twirls his revolver in his hand. An orange trail follows the bullet. When using Fan the Hammer, a glistening sound plays with each gun shot. When using Crystal Shift, a faint whooshing is heard as well as glistening. The effects are orange. Bivekit
Bivekit is an unlockable skin for Medkit. It can be obtained from Zuka's shop for 58,361 Bux.
Bivekit was released on 6 April 2024, in collaboration with the Roblox game Regretevator, and was available to purchase from the NPC in Crossroads. This skin depicts Medkit as an altered version of the Regretevator character Bive, wielding a beige recolor of Medkit's revolver with gold highlights, as well as a simple brown briefcase with various photos sticking out of it.
Bivekit wears a white undershirt and gray tie, as well as an almond-brown suit that fades into a deeper brown checkered pattern at the lower ends; The sleeves are rolled up. Bivekit also wears a dark brown belt with a golden buckle, and pants that sport a similar checkered pattern, though a deeper cinnamon-brown. The outfit is likely meant to be a nod to a stereotypical detective suit.
Medkit's crystal is replaced with a red question mark symbol, accompanied by similarly colored strings wrapped around the horns, and a white streak of hair paired with a smaller red streak below it, contrasting the rest of Bivekit's pitch black body of hair. Bivekit sports a pair of round glasses and a toothy white grin.
When using Curing Cartridge, an inky, black trail follows the bullet as a black square with a diamond appears at exit for the bullet. When landing a headshot, two inky, black trails spiral towards an ally as pointed, black particles are emitted from the receiver. A sort of distorted hum plays once the healing is received. When using Fan the Hammer, the same inky, black trails from the rapid-fired bullets. When using Crystal Shift, the rings are now the inky, black texture. When using Rejuvenation Ring, the black ring is inky with the pointed particles. A yelp followed by angelic humming is played with this attack. When using Divine Resurrection, a question mark replaces the crystal. As it hits the ground, the inky, black lines trace the previous effect areas as the black, pointed particles emit from the receivers.
