Upon entering a round, (signified by a cyan sword appearing in the center of the map) Ice Dagger will start a blizzard that makes all attacks a cyan like color. Additionally, he summons snowflakes that appear randomly on terrain and coming in contact with these snowflakes will cause you to freeze for a short amount of time.
At [[One Minute Left]], there will be a chance for {{PAGENAME}}'s event to occur, signaled by his sword appearing in the center of the map and the screen being tinted cyan. During the event, {{PAGENAME}} throws snowballs from the center of the map, with where they land being indicated by snowflakes. These snowballs will deal 10 damage to the player and give 40% slow for 3 seconds. When the timer reaches 0:30, {{PAGENAME}} will end the blizzard and disappear.

Icedagger is an NPC in PHIGHTING!.

In-Game

At One Minute Left, there will be a chance for Icedagger's event to occur, signaled by his sword appearing in the center of the map and the screen being tinted cyan.
