Firebrand
Firebrand is an NPC in PHIGHTING!.
In-Game
At One Minute Left, there will be a chance for Firebrand's event to occur, signaled by his sword appearing in the center of the map and the screen being tinted orange. During the event, large columns of fire will rain down, their location indicated by star-like shaped on the ground. This will cause the player to take 10 damage initially, then continue to take damage. The damage will stop short of killing the player, which can leave one extremely vulnerable. Getting hit will also grant the player 30% haste for 2 seconds, a benefit that stacks if the player is hit again in that time period.
Personality
Firebrand is the most gentle sword of the SFOTH deities. He has a fascination for mortals, similar to how humans treat pets. This contrasts with Windforce, his sister, who is destructive and does whatever she wants.
Lore
Firebrand's hands are too hot to touch.
Relationships
Dom and Valk
Firebrand is the biological grandfather of Dom and Valk.[1] He took over as their guardian when they were young, and is fiercely protective of them, acting more as a stand-in for their parents than just a grandparent.[2]
Windforce
Firebrand and Windforce are siblings.
