Main Additional Versions

Below lists the history of additional versions implemented following the release of V0.8.0.


Initial release

8 versions released at 5:11 PM, 5:25 PM, 5:38 PM, 6:02 PM, 6:21 PM, 6:47 PM, 6:55 PM, and 8:54 PM EST.

General additions and changes:

  • Server codes will now keep trying to get a code every 15 seconds if it bugs out, but it allows the rounds to continue without a server codes.
  • Fixed MVP issues.
  • Fixed ping issues.
  • Adjusted how crossroads lighting works so now it just always stays as the player's Phestival team color rather than alternating between the two teams' colors.
  • Contested Conquer point is now a darker color.
  • Removed broken servers.

    • Max ammo reduced from 300 to 250.

    • Shots before max recoil is reached lowered from 100 to 75.
  • Flat-hat
    • Can now use primary instead of holding or reactivating Flat-hat to send out more projectiles.
  • Bull's-eye
    • Now is pressed to toggle and primary can be used or Bull's-eye can be recast to fire.

    • Momentum while in Phinisher adjusted to be smoother.

    • Spin speed decreased from one every 0.25 seconds to one every 0.2 seconds.
      • As a result, the maximum number of spins increased from 16 to 20.
    • Final hit now gives 15 shield per enemy.

Hyperlaser

  • Updated Yulaser sound effects.

Scythe:

  • All projectiles will now check line of sight from the tip of her gun where the projectiles spawn rather than her torso for hit detection.

    • Projectile speed increased from 20 to 25.
    • Now recovers 50% of ammo used on hit.
  • Final Serenade
    • Damage increased from 8 per tick to 9 per tick.

  • Updated Vine Splash sound effects.
  • A Thousand Petals
    • BUG FIX: Should now be more consistent with its hitbox through Protecting Overtone and walls.

General additions and changes:

  • Overtime will now trigger in Conquer if the losing team has had control of the zone within the last 2 seconds.
    • The Score Cap now increases if both teams are within a certain amount of points of reaching it. For Annihilate, this amount is 2 points, for Conquer, this amount is 10 points. The score cap will not increase under this condition if one team has already reached the cap.

Ban Hammer:

  • Oathbound
    • Now creates a second explosion around Ban Hammer. Enemies can only be damaged by one explosion, explosions from Ban Hammer take priority over explosions from souls.
    • Explosions from souls no longer have a pull force.
    • Pull force of explosions from Ban Hammer increased from 10 to 15.

Biograft:

  • Overdrive
      • Hitpoints no longer decay while active.
      • Now has a base duration of 8 seconds.
      • Kills grant an additional 2 seconds to the duration, and assists grant 1 second.
      • Automatically creates an explosion around Biograft once the Phinisher ends or if Biograft dies during it.
      • End explosion damage no longer scales off of health and is now consistently 30.
      • Biograft takes 20 self-damage once the Phinisher ends.
      • The heat bar of Power of Biograft / Heat now visually drains during the Phinisher to represent the remaining duration.

  • Hitpoints adjusted from 100 to 75 Health and from 50 to 75 Shield.
  • BUG FIX: Fixed an issue where the ammo count upon respawning was inconsistent.

  • Allies now have an arrow pointing at them that can be seen through walls.
  • Any deaths now have an X indicator that can be seen through walls.
  • When a score cap is broken from the enemy team reaching the cap and breaking the timer, the enemy team gains 50 Phinisher charge.
  • Adjusted how damage is remembered to make kills from damaging calculated properly.
  • The team with less points will now gain 1 Phinisher charge every 0.75 seconds rather than every 1 second.
  • Adjusted server lists not displaying servers properly.

Ban Hammer:

    • Adjusted Y force to make up for the new gravity change (from 10 -> 8).
  • Deposition
    • Adjusted Y force to make up for the new gravity change (from 20 -> 15 on launch and 20 -> 10 when landing).

  • BUG FIX: Fixed an issue where server sided hitboxes without player ownership (Rob The ROBLOX Bank C4 explosion, Firebrand pillars, etc.) would not deal damage properly and sometimes make a player invincible.
  • Added Colosseo, which can only be forced in Private Servers.

General additions and changes:

  • Shield now regenerates at 0.2% of maximum innate shield per tick or 12% per second, at a minimum of 6 shield per second.
  • Slow debuffs and penalties now hard cap at 50% (if not 100%).
  • Pings are now slightly more transparent, last for 3 seconds, and can be used after death.
  • Escort
    • The payload now moves 25% slower.
    • BUG FIX: Fixed an issue where score would display as "inf".
  • Private Servers
    • /fred <username> can now be used to force a player to the red team until disabled.
    • /fblue <username> can now be used to force a player to the blue team until disabled.
    • /fnone <username> can now be used to disable a player's forced team.
    • /fnone can be used to disable all players' forced team.
    • /kick <username> can now be used to kick a player from the server.
    • /sword can now be used to toggle Sword events from occuring.
    • Spectating players in freecam now locks the camera to the player rather than bringing the camera to their torso. The camera can be rotated freely by clicking, and X can be used to disconnect from the player.

    • Healing allies plays a sound effect and flashes a green hitmarker.
    • A player's screen flashes green when they are healed similarly to when they are damaged.
    • Increased volume of heal indicator SFX.
  • Adjusted hit indicator SFX.
    • Hit sounds now replicate to the player's client properly.
  • Forcefield duration from respawning increased from 1.5 seconds to 3 seconds.
